I first walk through the entire home without Winnie to do an initial sweep of the property, assessing visually and with tools. Then I bring Winnie through the entire property marking areas where she alerts. We make a second pass looking for consistent indications or new areas of interest that may have been missed. Lastly, I walk you through everything we found and provide a recommendation for next steps.

We work with vetted 3rd party hygienists to ensure you are getting an unbiased assessment of the results of remediation. We also recommend annual inspections by a certified mold dog to ensure no new issues have come up or after any event that would make you question the health of your space.
